Officially established in September 2023, the studio is led by Comrade Wang Wanchang, an Anhui Provincial Model Worker and a Super Senior Technician, and brings together 15 core talents from key fields such as electrical automation and mechanical processing. Rooted in the frontline of production, the studio takes overcoming technical bottlenecks and nurturing practical innovative talents as its core mission, and has developed a distinctive Changhui working model of "Party Building + Innovation + Talent Development".

Since its establishment, centering on the intelligent upgrading needs of automotive electrical components, the studio has implemented a total of 15 key technological transformation projects in fields such as independent R&D of testing equipment and in-depth optimization of production processes, successfully solving more than 30 technical problems in production lines. The relevant achievements have been directly applied to production practice, creating an economic benefit of over 200 million RMB for the company in total, and significantly enhancing the technical competitiveness of products and the speed of market response. Meanwhile, through the implementation of the "Red Mentor-Apprentice" pairing mechanism and systematic skill training, the studio has cultivated and delivered more than 200 innovative skilled talents for the company, effectively expanding the enterprise’s team of highly skilled talents.
