On the afternoon of April 12, Changhui Co., Ltd. and Moka Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. jointly held the Launching Ceremony of Changhui Co., Ltd. HR Informatization Project, which confirmed the two parties' cooperation in HR management and kicked off a new chapter of digital management for Changhui. Li Renhai, Deputy General Manager of Changhui Co., Ltd., Xu Hui, Deputy General Manager, Zhan Minghui, Chief Financial Officer, heads of all departments, and relevant personnel in charge of the HR information system attended the ceremony, along with the project team from Moka Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. Wang Shu, Secretary to the General Manager, presided over the ceremony.
At the launching ceremony, Bi Yuxin, Pre-sales Manager of Moka, gave a brief introduction to the company. Yang Mengwei, Implementation Manager, presented a comprehensive overview of the project from the perspectives of construction objectives, implementation plan, management mechanism and success guarantee measures. In her speech, Shen Yue, Delivery Director, stated that she hoped the joint development of the HR informatization project by Moka and Changhui would facilitate the transformation of Changhui's HR management towards digitalization and intelligentization. She also expressed confidence that the strategic cooperation between the two parties would ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
Li Renhai, Deputy General Manager of Changhui Co., Ltd., addressed the ceremony and first fully affirmed Moka's professional strength, expressing great pleasure at the cooperation between Changhui and Moka to jointly promote the implementation of Changhui's HR SaaS platform project. He then pointed out that the core objective of this project is to build a technologically advanced, fully functional, user-friendly and secure HR management system, so as to comprehensively upgrade Changhui's HR management capability. Finally, Li expressed full confidence in the successful launch and operation of the project, and put forward several expectations and requirements for all attendees and the project team: he hoped the company's leaders would provide full support and attention to the project, as well as necessary resources and guidance for its implementation; all departments would actively participate in and cooperate with the project to ensure data accuracy and the smooth operation of the system; and the project team would uphold the spirit of solidarity, collaboration and striving for excellence to contribute to the project's success.
Following the launch, the two parties will carry out all-round cooperation centering on the goal of building an integrated HR SaaS platform. Starting from demand research, blueprint design, system integration and other key links, the cooperation will cover process optimization and platform construction, aiming to realize the digitalization of HR management, the integration of talent management and the intelligentization of HR decision-making, thus laying a solid foundation for Changhui's future development.
